David Feinberg is Justworks’ SVP of Risk & Insurance. In this role, David leads health insurance carrier relationships, key benefits partnerships, and workers compensation insurance for the business, helping to ensure Justworks’ small business customers can offer great benefits to their teams.

Prior to joining Justworks, David covered several industries including PEOs as an equity research analyst for Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. After learning the ins and outs of the PEO industry in this context, David pivoted to the startup world, first at WellNet, and then to Justworks.

Throughout his tenure at Justworks, David has expanded and enhanced the benefits options for small businesses, from small group plans and ICHRA, to mental health, family-building, financial, and fitness benefits. With a deep understanding of how important it is for small businesses to take care of their teams, David helps set the strategy for what small businesses can offer their employees through the Justworks platform to help them attract and retain great talent.

A champion of PEOs, David served as the Chair of NAPEO from 2024-2025 and remains a key member of the organization’s Executive Committee. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Duke University and an MBA from Columbia University. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and two children.
