Juan Sebastián Arango is Co-Founder of Isopolis, a Latin America–based social transformation firm that advises companies on how to grow responsibly in complex social and regulatory environments, strengthening legitimacy and stakeholder trust. He leads Dreamers & Makers at Innovation for Development I+D, a nationwide platform active in 120 municipalities that connects more than 300 social innovators across Colombia with private sector partners to scale high-impact solutions. Mr. Arango currently serves on the Boards of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, Invest in Bogotá, and Corparques Mundo Aventura.

Earlier in his career, he served as Presidential Counselor to the President of Colombia, Director of Public and Corporate Affairs at the Federación Nacional de Comerciantes (FENALCO), and Chief of Staff to the Minister of National Defense. He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law and completed the Executive Program in Social Innovation Design at the University of Pennsylvania.
