Anne Yau leads several social responsibility initiatives on behalf of UnitedHealth Group and the United Health Foundation, including UnitedHealth Group’s philanthropic investment strategy and grant-making efforts. She also oversees UnitedHealth Group’s employee assistance fund and guides the United Health Foundation’s public health reporting initiatives.
Ms. Yau joined UnitedHealth Group in 2010 and has served in various policy and programmatic roles across the company. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Ms. Yau spent several years as a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and American Management Systems. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota as well as a Master of Public Policy degree from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
