Sadie is the HR Technology Director at Dow Inc and is accountable for defining and delivering the HR digital and technology strategy, supporting a model that drives the Employee Experience. She joined Dow in 2013 and held several roles in the Business Analytics & Reporting team supporting Marketing, Sales, Corporate & Executive applications and driving usability and end user experience. She also served as Workplace Services Portfolio Leader for Information Management and Social Media and was the Global Digital Operations Center Leader leading digitalization efforts in manufacturing. Prior to Dow, she was Sr ABAP Developer & Team lead for Raytheon Corporate & CSC and Technical Business Intelligence Architect and Project Manager for Scotts Miracle Gro. She also taught in the public and private schools in Kansas, Arizona, and New York for 8 years prior to starting her IT career.

Masters in Pure Mathematics from the University of Arizona .

Bachelors in Applied Mathematics & Secondary Education from Wichita State University.

She is married to her husband and has 2 children. She enjoys tennis, music, and technology, and loves God.
