Shruti Patel has two decades of financial services experience. She is currently Chief Product Officer for the Business Banking Segment at U.S. Bank where she is responsible for delivering an integrated product strategy that connects banking, payments and software for business clients with up to $25 million in revenue.

Prior to joining U.S. Bank, she led partnerships and monetization at Shopify, managing financial services, retail and cross-border partnerships and monetization strategies. Previously, she led digital payments products and partnerships at JPMorgan Chase, managing a suite of embedded payment services relevant to its card and consumer bank customers.

Before Chase, Shruti spent 11 years at American Express where she worked within the Corporate and Merchant Services units, across strategy, business development and product management.

Shruti resides with her family in New York City and is an avid fan of football and tennis.
