Nathan Blom serves as Vice President of the Liquid Cooling Portfolio at The Chemours Company (NYSE: CC), a global chemistry company, effective June 9, 2025. In this role, he leads Chemours' growing liquid cooling business, driving near- and long-term growth in a rapidly evolving market as part of the company's "Pathway to Thrive" strategy.

Blom brings over two decades of experience in executive leadership, business transformation, and go-to-market strategy across the technology and data center infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Chemours, he served as Co-CEO and Chief Commercial Officer at Iceotope Technologies, where he led commercial expansion, product roadmap development, and market positioning following a successful Series B funding round. Before Iceotope, he held senior leadership roles at Lenovo, where he contributed to the integration and growth of the Data Center division, and at HP, where he led OEM business development and sales across the Americas.

Blom holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Lutheran University.
