President Trump and former President Biden both laid out ambitious but distinct policy pathways to secure the U.S. critical mineral supply chain. This panel will look to the impacts of the Biden Administration’s work as well as what we should expect during a second Trump Administration. Panelists will discuss what policies, initiatives, and legislation the U.S. needs to focus on moving forward, and what efforts may be working to hold back domestic mineral security.
