Natalia is the public policy director for northern and southern Latin America, including Central America and the Caribbean, for Amazon Web Services (AWS). In her role, she focuses on building relationships with government officials, representing AWS in industry associations, and advocating for regulations to allow for business development. She has been working for the last twenty years in the public and private sectors, acting as a liaison between public and private companies and developing relationships with associations, embassies, and legislative bodies. She has held leadership positions in the Colombian government as well as in the private sector with Telefonica and DIRECTV/ATT. Natalia is a lawyer by training, with master’s degrees in Public Portfolio Management and Administrative Institutions from the Universidad de Los Andes and in Regulation from Paris II, La Sorbonne France. Natalia is a founder member of “Mujeres TIC” Colombia and is part of the advisory board of Women in tech Colombia chapter
