With more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of business and government, Javier has held senior leadership roles at GE Vernova, PACCAR, the LEGO Group, and Audi México. His career has focused on navigating complex policy environments, strengthening public-private engagement, and advancing business priorities across Latin America and North America.
He has served on the boards of the Mexican Truck and Engines Manufacturers Association and the Mexican Automotive Leasing Association and is an active contributor to regional policy discussions on energy, trade, manufacturing, and economic competitiveness.
Javier holds an MBA from IPADE Business School and a bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
