Hilary Halpern is the Senior Vice President of government affairs for Rocket Companies, where she leads the company’s federal and state government advocacy. She is responsible for advancing Rocket’s public policy priorities, managing relationships with all levels of government policymakers and industry stakeholders, and helping shape the national conversation on housing and homeownership. Hilary joined Rocket from the Mindset Group, where she developed policy strategy and analysis for clients across the financial services industry. She has also worked for Sen. Mike Rounds, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and began her career with Sen. John McCain. She earned her MBA from Georgetown University and her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University. Hilary is also a nationally certified BBQ judge.
