Logan Jones serves as the chief growth officer for the Transport segment of Oshkosh Corporation, where he leads strategic growth initiatives across business development, venture strategy, and emerging market opportunities. He brings more than 18 years of experience spanning aerospace, defense, commercial technology, and high-growth startups.
Prior to joining Oshkosh, Jones spent 13 years at Boeing in roles across both the Defense and Commercial divisions, where he managed P&Ls, drove portfolio strategy, and advanced business development and finance initiatives. He also founded and led Boeing�s corporate venture capital arm, HorizonX, launching and scaling investment activity focused on next-generation aerospace and mobility technologies.
Following his time at Boeing, Jones spent five years in the technology startup ecosystem, serving as CEO for a software start-up and CEO/CBO for a hardware technology start-up, operating across commercial and government markets. In these roles, he helped build teams, shape product strategy, and guide the companies through multiple venture capital funding rounds.
Jones serves on the Board of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and holds a B.S. from Montana State University, an M.S. from Boston University, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
