Tim Matthews has worked in a variety of engineering and project management roles for GDOT. He has managed hundreds of projects varying in size and scope with budgets ranging from $1 million to $4 billion in construction costs. He serves as the program manager for the Major Mobility Investment Program (MMIP) through the GDOT Office of Innovative Delivery. As the MMIP program manager, Matthews is responsible for scope, schedule, budget and contract management for the $11 billion program.
