Allison B. Walden, CCE, CFRE®, IOM serves the Tulsa Regional Chamber as senior vice president of resource development to guide and execute the organization’s comprehensive development plan and investment relationships. She manages a sales team to generate two-thirds of the Chamber’s annual budget through memberships, sponsorships and public/private, multi-year funding initiatives. During her tenure, Walden has overseen campaigns garnering more than $60 million. Her leadership has resulted in Chamber of the Year Finalist honors for the Tulsa Regional Chamber in 2018 and 2020.

Walden is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE®) and a past president of the Eastern Oklahoma chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She earned her Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) credentials from the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) in 2020, and is one of eight professionals in Oklahoma to hold this designation. She serves on the Southeast Board of Regents for the Institute for Organization Management and serves as a sales mentor and advisory board member for the Membership Development Division of ACCE.

Walden sits on the board of directors for the Oklahoma Quality Foundation and is a trained examiner for its awards program founded on Baldrige quality principles. She works on the Chamber’s internal quality improvement team which earned state honors for the Chamber in 2019, 2015 and 2013. She also sits on the board of directors for YWCA Tulsa in alignment with the Chamber’s strategic commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Walden’s fundraising experience include previous roles with the Tulsa Regional Chamber and as Director of Development & Operations for the Fort Smith Symphony. Prior to development, Walden served the corporate communications division of Scripps Networks Interactive
