Jason Kim is the Business Development executive for Space & C2 Systems at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of Raytheon Technologies. Kim is responsible for leading a 30-person team to fully develop and execute global and domestic growth strategy and meet or exceed the growth goals for the Space & C2 mission area.

He manages the prioritization of investments and resources to maximize Space & C2 business growth and continually connects with external and internal stakeholders to align incentives toward effective mission solutions to solve the nation’s hardest challenges in Space & C2.

Kim has a deep background in advancing autonomous systems, starting with his tenure in the United States Air Force acquisitions of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles such as Global Hawk and Predator and growing to acquisitions and developments of first-of-its-kind classified and unclassified space systems. Kim demonstrated his ability to grow companies while a senior leader at Northrop Grumman Corporation and vice president at Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company.

Kim has breadth of experience in executive management, program management, systems engineering, small-to-large space vehicles, ground systems, prototyping, testing and operations of aerospace and defense systems and served on the National Defense Industrial Association board of directors and the Space Enterprise Consortium formation committee.

He has leadership training from the United States Air Force Academy, Air Force Institute of Technology, University of California Los Angeles Anderson School of Management and the Boeing Leadership Center. with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in electrical engineering and an MBA.
