With extensive expertise in insurance and fire prevention, William has personally overseen and mitigated hundreds of property inspections, including more than 800 in the past two years. He brings a wealth of knowledge in fire science, particularly in home hardening and creating defensible space, from an insurer's perspective.

William has been happily married to, Leigh, for 41 years. Together, they live in Newcastle, where they raised three daughters and now enjoy life with five grandchildren ages eight months to four years old. Their country household includes carry for Apple, Cherrie, Mandarin, Blood Orange, Fig and Persimmon trees with their three cats, a standard poodle, eleven hens, and a rooster named Cash.
