Melissa has been partnering with advertising agencies and marketers her entire career. She’s worked inside the walls of storied agencies like Ogilvy and launched marketing plans for top brands including American Express, Microsoft, Nike, Crayola, Caesar’s Entertainment, and Johnson & Johnson.
In 2014 Melissa launched M. Hatter, a boutique management consulting firm, and joined the ranks of small business owners across the country. Under her leadership companies have been named to Fast Company's Most Innovative List, AdAge’s Best Places to Work index, and won awards from MediaWeek and OMMA.
Melissa is honored to be one of the original architects of CO- and witness the talent and grit of its growing community.
