Drawing upon more than 20 years of expertise in business management and entrepreneurship, Bill Rossi has excelled in a myriad of roles over the course of his career. Since 2005, he founded Rossi Enterprises in Chicago, where he leverages his unique experience to help companies recover and thrive in their respected industries acting as a Fractional COO/CFO. Mr. Rossi specializes in operations, finance/accounting, marketing, risk management and human resources, frequently collaborating with start-ups, and small to mid-size companies to achieve success.

Mr. Rossi has served as the COO/CFO at Earles Architects & Associates since 2008, and as CFO/Integrator for It’s Just Lunch since 2001, the largest franchised, traditional matchmaking service in the world. Other clients include Mekky Media Relations, Plan B Advertising, Epic Gourmet Popcorn and SEAATS commercial office furnishings firm as well as the non-profit firm Open Roads Academy. Most recently, Mr. Rossi took the helm of a boutique public relations firm during the COVID-19 pandemic as Chief Operating Officer doubling the firm’s size and tripling its revenue in under two years.

Alongside his professional endeavors, Mr. Rossi is an avid part of and supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and a member of the LGBT Task Force in Illinois. He is also a mentor to the LGBT Chamber of Commerce of Illinois Entrepreneurship Program. For his success and contributions, he was recognized as a Notable LGBTQ+ Executive by Crain’s Business in Chicago in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Additionally, Mr. Rossi serves on the board of the Legislative Committee with the HCM Foundation and is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.

Mr. Rossi received a degree in business administration and management in 1998 and an MBA in marketing from the Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in 2001.
