Jenny is Global Sustainability Senior Director at The Chemours Company, where she leads sustainability for the Advanced Performance Materials business, including sustainability-focused new product development programs, advocacy, and product sustainability and compliance for APM offerings across the globe. Previously, Jenny was Global Head of Sustainability Practice at Salesforce, where she co-founded the Sustainability Practice to accelerate companies’ sustainability, climate and ESG outcomes through strategic guidance and subject matter expertise to complement Salesforce’s Net Zero software. Jenny has 20 years of experience leading global teams in the manufacturing sector at DuPont, Chemours and Momentive Performance Materials, where she served customers in diverse industries, spearheaded digital transformations, and led integrated strategies to achieve environmental, regulatory, community, and business outcomes. She is passionate about engaging stakeholders across the value chain and drove circularity and policy initiatives as Chair of Global Silicones Council. Jenny started her career in environmental consulting and holds a M.A. in Earth & Environmental Sciences focused on Climate Science from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College.
