This year has highlighted the importance of creating a business environment that’s diverse and inclusive. During this session, we’ll discuss how business owners can create a company culture that empowers diverse voices within an organization, and fosters inclusivity within a team. We’ll share different ideas and initiatives for small businesses seeking to become more diverse and inclusive, and ideas for entrepreneurs seeking to support a diverse group of peers. Our audience is largely small business owners, and our end goal will be to help our small business audience understand how to create an inclusive team themselves, and how to tap into resources aimed at helping diverse entrepreneurs overcome systemic hurdles.
