Sonali A. Maheshwary is a strategic marketing and growth leader with over 18 years of international experience spanning digital transformation, brand strategy, and enterprise growth. A Massachusetts native who has lived and worked in the UAE for 26 years, Sonali brings deep regional insight alongside global experience and is fluent in Arabic, enabling her to operate effectively across public- and private-sector environments in the Middle East.

She has led transformative initiatives across sectors including healthcare, logistics, infrastructure, construction, and trade, helping organizations navigate complex change, drive modernization and digital engagement, and scale institutional value. Her experience includes spearheading major digital transformation programs such as the launch of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s omnichannel strategy and first patient mobile application, as well as leading strategic marketing and digital initiatives for organizations during periods of restructuring, transformation, and IPO readiness.

Most recently, Sonali played a central role in establishing and leading the enterprise customer engine at AD Ports Group, where she designed the enterprise-wide customer digital strategy, go-to-market approach, governance, and engagement model to support growth across a diverse, multi-sector portfolio. Her work focused on aligning market opportunity, customer value, and commercial strategy to enable scalable, revenue-driven growth at the group level.

Sonali most recently served as Executive Director of AmCham Abu Dhabi, where she actively supported US–UAE commercial engagement, trade, and cross-border collaboration, engaging closely with senior government and business leaders across the region and the United States.

Prior to Intel, Riccardo served as policy advisor to Members of the European Parliament. Currently a Technology Policy Visiting Scholar at Duke University, he earned his master's degree in international diplomacy and economics in Italy.
