Uluru
Founded in 2022 by Deveren Fogle and Deborah van Eck as part of Elula, Inc., Uluru is scaling executive function (EF) coaching with AI to help students and professionals build core learning and life skills. Executive function support—long limited to those with access to specialized resources—strengthens focus, planning, time management, and emotional regulation. Uluru makes this intervention affordable, personalized, and broadly accessible by embedding EF coaching directly into daily workflows, addressing the barriers learners face before content mastery even begins.

Uluru leverages AI not as a replacement for instruction, but as an engine for personalized behavioral insight. The platform captures high-frequency, contextual signals such as task engagement, focus shifts, and learning rhythm, generating a level of data depth and granularity unavailable in traditional learning tools. This information stays with the learner over time, regardless of where they attend school, giving them a continuous reference point for their goals, interests, and growth. Combined with Uluru’s proprietary learning feedback architecture, this continuity enables adaptive interventions that improve continuously over time. This differentiated data strategy is the subject of a pending patent, establishing a strong technical moat and long-term defensibility.
