The U.S.-Iraq Business Council (USIBC) will organize and lead a U.S. business delegation to Baghdad during April 7-9, 2024. To participate on the delegation, your company should be a U.S. business. Companies across the economy from multinationals to SMEs are invited to participate. This business delegation will meet with top Iraqi officials and decision-makers, including the Prime Minister and key Ministers to learn about new opportunities and projects across a range of sectors while also raising important issues facing American business. In addition, there will be business-to-business activities with executives from the Iraqi private sector.

• Each delegate is $1,500
• This delegation is for U.S. companies and multinational corporations

 

Kindly note that participating delegates will be financially responsible for their airfare and lodging.

 

Cost: Participant fee of $1,500 per delegate to help cover organizing costs.

 

Hotel: Delegation activities will be centralized at the Babylon Rotana Baghdad, with any off-site delegation activities departing from and returning to the Babylon. Please stay tuned for instructions to secure delegate sleeping rooms under the USIBC’s special rate.  

 

Transportation: The U.S. Chamber will arrange transportation for the delegation to and from any off-site delegation activities. Airport pick-up and drop-off assistance will also be available upon request, with more details to come.
