He is the immediate former Managing Partner and Co-Founder of ATOM-TDF, a boutique Strategy firm specializing in Business Innovation, Advisory, Brand Strategy and Internal Alignment. He has advised many Boards and Senior Management teams across Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing and Non-Profits in Kenya and the region.

An effective communicator and negotiator with a proven ability to build trust and mutual respect at all levels, Maxwell brings to the table entrepreneurial flair, strong commercial sense and critical business innovation capability; coupled with an intrinsic understanding of the local context, culture, consumer behavior and the business landscape.
