Molly Caggiano, AICP, is an urban planner and climate resilience specialist with over 12 years of experience working in land use planning, hazard mitigation, and disaster recovery. In her role as the Resilience Officer for Charleston County, she oversees the implementation of resilience and sustainability strategies in the county’s Hazard Vulnerability Assessment and Climate Action Plan. In her previous roles, she founded and led a Regional Resilience Collaborative charged with establishing a Resilience Hub Network to support communities before, during, and after climate events. Molly earned a master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon, and holds a bachelor's degree in Public Policy from DePaul University in Chicago.
