Harry has worked in cyber security for 20 years, initially as a penetration tester and then switching from assuring cyber security to dealing with the aftermath of cyber security failures. The NCSC’s incident management team deals with hundreds of incidents every year, from sophisticated APT attacks through to financially motivated ransomware attacks. The NCSC's remit covers the entire UK from central government through to the individual citizen, so we see the impacts of incidents at every scale of enterprise and in every sector.
