Andi Sims is Vice President of Business Development at HPM, a professional services firm that manages planning, design, and construction programs for clients in aerospace — including OEMs and suppliers, MROs, airports, and airlines — as well as higher education institutions on their capital improvement programs. Since joining HPM more than a decade ago, she has advanced from launching the company’s brand as its first Marketing Director to leading business development and government relations efforts that drive growth and new client relationships.

Andi serves on HPM’s executive leadership team, is a Board Member of the International Aerospace Womens Association (IAWA), and serves on the Advisory Council for Groundswell, a nonprofit advancing community solar and clean energy programs. Andi is also on the board of the Howard College of Arts and Sciences at Samford University, her alma mater. Earlier in her career, she worked with Disney Parks & Resorts and Disney Cruise Line and has led brand and marketing strategies across multiple professional services sectors.
