Ken is a founding partner at Pen Test Partners, a firm of ethical hackers with a keen interest in aviation. The increase in retired airframes has created opportunity for us to carry out independent security research in aviation cyber security.

 This research has uncovered security vulnerabilities in IFE/C, Electronic Flight Bags, avionics and communication systems. We have taken great care not to alarm the travelling public, being recognised by Boeing as a result and invited to join their Cyber Technical Council.

 We actively build bridges between researchers and the aviation industry, assist with organizing and presenting at the DEF CON Aviation Village, the Aviation ISAC and various regulators. We have also contributed cyber security guidance to the FAA.
