Martyn comes with over 20 years of experience in the industry, and with a genuine passion for aviation. He started his aviation career in engineering at Rolls-Royce, and has since gained significant knowledge and expertise across many key business functions, with his primary focus for over fifteen years being Sales and Marketing.

Working within many markets across the globe including Europe, Asia, Australasia and the Middle East, Martyn
has a proven track record in developing strong partnerships and driving growth in the business. He is highly
committed to Embraer and its customers and shares and cultivates that passion with his teams. He is a European Regional Airlines (ERA) Board member.
