Stacey Wronkowski serves as vice president of digital technology for United. In this role, Stacey oversees Flight Operations, Inflight Services, and Network Operations as well as the Analytics and Innovation teams. She also has responsibility for all the corporate functions, including Finance, Revenue Accounting, Human Resources, and Corporate Communications.

Stacey has been with United for over five years, serving as director of Contact Centers technology and, most recently, managing director of Contact Centers, Crew, Catering, and Loyalty Technology. She is known at United as a customer and employee advocate, seeking changes that drive efficiency, to expand those same solutions where they can serve as effective templates across other work groups.

Her leadership has contributed to significant improvements to United’s Contact Centers reservations platform, the introduction of chat and messaging for flight attendants, the launch of preorder meal capability on board and investment in modernizing Flight Operations and loyalty program applications.

Originally from upstate New York, Stacey started her career in Chicago over 20 years ago as an information security consultant at the onset of internet banking and online retailing. Later, she joined Ernst & Young, where she became a manager in the advisory practice and supported healthcare, telecommunications, and energy organizations. After consulting, Stacey joined General Electric in Cincinnati and Atlanta, where she held roles in the power systems business units.

Stacey obtained her bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York and an MBA from Xavier University in Ohio.
