Robert (Bob) Brumley is the senior managing director of Marble Arch Partners, LLC and chair of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA” Cislunar Ecosystem Task Force and brings extensive executive experience in the management and financing of early-stage ventures, particularly in aerospace, telecommunications, and defense.

In 2002, he co-founded Marble Arch Partners, LLC and serves as its Senior Managing Director [www.marblearchpartners.com]. Marble Arch Partners’ primary focus for the past twenty years has been the identification, development, sale, or ownership of federally funded research stemming from the federal laboratory system. Amongst Marble Arc Partners’ successes has been the development of the most successful Counter-IED Suppression System, during OIF, OEF; and the world’s 1st GEO satellite to mobile phone system for voice and data communications. Marble Arch Partners has been awarded multiple patents in spectrum management systems; optical communications; and sensor/data management.

Bob was a Presidential Appointee (Senate Confirmed) in the Reagan Administration, serving in both terms. Amongst his duties in the Reagan Administration was General Counsel of the US Department of Commerce, and the Executive Director of the Commercial Space Working Group of the NSC and EPC. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
