Magdalena Petrova currently produces short documentaries about technology for CNBC.com, with a concentration on the space industry. She is located at the network’s Washington DC bureau. During her tenure at CNBC, Magdalena has worked on stories about satellite technology, rockets, the emerging LEO economy and space habitats. Prior to CNBC, Magdalena worked for IDG News Service in San Francisco as a video correspondent, where she edited, produced, and shot pieces on daily technology news and new gadgets. Magdalena holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University where she double majored in Broadcast Journalism and Psychology.
