Jennifer Schopfer was appointed president of the Connected Aviation Solutions business unit upon its creation in November 2021. She is responsible for providing end-to-end digital solutions to customers across the aviation ecosystem. These solutions help turn data into value by increasing efficiency and reliability, reducing cost, and improving sustainability.

Previously, Jennifer served as the chief information officer for Collins Aerospace, where she was responsible for defining and implementing the Digital Technology strategy for the company to optimize business processes, enhance employee experience and drive higher efficiency. She also served as vice president of Enterprise Services Integration and Transformation at RTX, where she was responsible for building and driving the digital integration and transformation strategy across the enterprise. Prior to joining RTX in 2019, Jennifer held several leadership roles at General Electric (GE) including vice president and general manager of GE Transportation’s software business focused on connected solutions, analytics, and predictive maintenance.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
