Eileen Braden is Head of U.S. Government Relations at JPMorganChase. In this role, she leads the Federal and State Government Relations teams responsible for the firm’s relationships with the Executive Branch, Congress, state governments and municipalities. Eileen is responsible for overseeing the firm’s holistic U.S. advocacy efforts and developing strategic relationships to advance the firm’s policy objectives. The U.S. Government Relations team works with government stakeholders to advance strategic, political and legislative priorities. Eileen is also responsible for the team that manages the firm’s Political Action Committee (PAC) and civic engagement.
Previously, Eileen served as Head of State and Local Government Relations, managing political and legislative strategy across states and municipalities. She also led Community Engagement in Corporate Responsibility, building strategic relationships with civic, advocacy, and nonprofit leaders nationwide, and earlier oversaw Public Affairs, Civic Engagement, and the firm’s Political Action Committee (PAC).
Before joining JPMorganChase in 2017, Eileen was Vice President of Political Affairs and Federation Relations at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she led national grassroots and election-related initiatives.
Eileen graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University. Eileen and her husband, Parish, live in Arlington, Virginia, with their two children.
