During the Covid summer of 2020, Adam Goldberg set off on a mission to redefine the traditional bagel experience. Driven by a lifelong passion for food and hospitality, Adam, a seasoned entrepreneur, started this home-based endeavor by “popping up” in restaurant kitchens. Through the power of social media and brand partnerships, Adam and his team quickly grew Popup Bagels into a thriving business, drawing national attention with more than a dozen locations and many more planned.
