Camille Morfouace-de Broucker is a French career diplomat, currently policy advisor on cyber-security issues since September 2019 in the Directorate for Strategic affairs of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign affairs. Until 2019, she was Head of the international regulation unit in the directorate for economic diplomacy, working on sanctions policies, anti-money laundering and terrorism financing. Prior to joining the Ministry, from September 2014 to march 2017, she was Head of the “Treasury” unit of the Banking services department of the French central bank, where she work on resolution at EU level, banking services and payment systems. She has a MA in Political Sciences for the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Lille (2011) and a MA in Public Administration from the Université Paris-Dauphine (2014).
