Danielle Muñoz is the Policy and Program Manager supporting the international policy work of both the Center for Global Regulatory Cooperation and the Global Initiative on Health and the Economy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Before joining the Chamber in October 2022, Muñoz worked on a variety of internet policy
issues at Internet Association for two years as a Policy and Research Assistant. Prior to Internet Association, Muñoz served as the Assistant Director of Events and as an aide to senior leadership within the Dean’s Office at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service (SFS), notably during the School’s Centennial year celebrations. During her time in D.C., Muñoz has also worked to foster international research and exchange between the U.S. and Germany while serving as Program Coordinator for the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, as well as stronger trade relations between the two countries as a part-time Program Assistant for the German American Business Council. Muñoz earned her M.A. in Security Studies with a
concentration in Technology and Security from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and she received her
B.A. in Politics with minors in Spanish and German from Bates College. Muñoz completed internships with Google (the BOLD 2014 program), the U.S. State Department
(the Meet U.S. Education Program), the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, and completed the DFRLab’s Digital Sherlocks trainee program. Muñoz studied abroad in Tarragona, Spain, Vienna, Austria, and Bamberg, Germany, and she was a 2015-2016 Fulbright scholar in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Muñoz is New Hampshire native.
