Jennifer Bachus is the Senior Bureau Official and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Cyberspace and Digital Policy Bureau. Previously she served as Chargé d’Affaires, a.i. and Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Prague, Czech Republic. Prior to that, she served as Office Director for Central Europe at the U.S. Department of State; Special Assistant in the Office of the Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment; Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Pristina, Kosovo; Political-Economic Counselor in Astana, Kazakhstan; and head of the American Presence Post in Toulouse, France. She also served in Vietnam and Jamaica, as well as on a fellowship at Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
She has an M.A. from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium, and a B.A. from Brown University. She speaks Czech, French, and Russian, and might still manage to mangle a few words of Vietnamese.

Eric Goldstein serves as the Executive Assistant Director for Cybersecurity for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) as of February 19, 2021. In this role, Goldstein leads CISA’s mission to protect and strengthen federal civilian agencies and the nation’s critical infrastructure against cyber threats.
Previously, Goldstein was the Head of Cybersecurity Policy, Strategy, and Regulation at Goldman Sachs, where he led a global team to improve and mature the firm’s cybersecurity risk management program. He served at CISA’s precursor agency, the National Protection and Programs Directorate,from 2013 to 2017 in various roles including Policy Advisor for Federal Network Resilience, Branch Chief for Cybersecurity Partnerships and Engagement, Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Cybersecurity, and Senior Counselor to the Under Secretary.
At other points in his career, Goldstein practiced cybersecurity law at an international law firm, led cybersecurity research and analysis projects at a federally-funded research and development center, and served as a Fellow in Advanced Cyber Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, among other roles.

Christopher D. Roberti is senior vice president at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and is responsible for cybersecurity policy, space policy, defense procurement policy, and public-private sector operational cyber collaboration and intelligence sharing. In this role he leads the Chamber’s national security advocacy on high-profile policy issues, influencing legislation and regulation at federal, state, and local levels.
In addition, Roberti is responsible for managing the Chamber’s relationships with key U.S. Government interlocutors across the national security, intelligence community, and law enforcement sectors. He also served as chief of staff for former Chamber CEO Thomas J. Donohue from 2013-2021, where he advised Donohue on a range of domestic and international issues, program integration, and strategy. Roberti works closely with other members of the Chamber's executive leadership team and board of directors to coordinate policy initiatives and programs on issues of key importance to the American business community.
Before joining the Chamber, Roberti served for nearly a decade in the federal government in the national security arena, with much of his work overseas. He began his career as a corporate attorney at a global law firm, where his practice focused on international private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and securities transactions.
