On April 18, 2023, please join us at our Washington D.C. headquarters to explore the current issues affecting contributing employer plans. Over the years there have been various forums to discuss multiemployer plan issues, but none have had a particular focus on contributing employers. This event will include panels where you and other contributing employers can hear from experts on litigation, arbitration, regulations, legislation and will also receive an update from the PBGC. This in an invitation only event and closed to the press so that participants may talk freely about these issues and how to best address them.

The event will be held at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, 1615 H St, NW, Washington, DC on April 18th from 10am to 4:45pm followed by a cocktail reception. The formal agenda is attached on the tab in the upper right hand corner.
