Susannah Kerr is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Federal & Environmental Solutions (F&ES) Business Unit for Jacobs Inc. At Jacobs, Ms. Kerr is accountable for the growth and delivery of buildings and infrastructure for U.S. federal clients, as well as global business delivering mission-driven services and solutions to federal, public sector, private sector and defense contractor clients. She is accountable for leading a cross-functional team that develops, implements, and delivers on a business strategy creating innovative, resilient and sustainable client solutions. She leads 3500+ employees with over $1.6B of growing revenue.With 30 years of experience covering significant roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff, SYSTRA and most recently, Ms. Kerr's 7-year tenure with Jacobs, she has gained broad expertise in business development and operations. Ms. Kerr has worked with federal and private-sector clients on large environmental water, transportation and complex buildings projects – leading consulting, design and construction work. Ms. Kerr is a member of our Women’s Network, Harambee and OneWorld. She is on the Global Integrated Delivery Steering Committee and is Designated Project Executive and Joint Venture board member on several major programs. Externally, Ms. Kerr is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and serves on the board of the American Public Transportation Association. She recently was appointed to the Washington, D.C. board for the National Defense Industrial Association.
