Jennifer Haley is President & CEO of Kern Energy, an independent, family-owned and operated refinery. With over a decade of experience producing renewable diesel, Kern Energy is innovating toward next-generation renewable fuels. Under Haley’s leadership, her talented team has personified a “small but mighty” culture to drive statewide efforts to promote energy resilience, clean energy, and collaborative solutions that protect the environment and economy. An attorney by trade, Haley serves on the Board of the California Chamber of Commerce, chairing the Council for International Trade. She also sits on the Foundation Board for the California Science Center and the Leadership Council for B3K.
