Tran Che is the Sustainability Director and Executive Human Rights Counsel at GE Vernova. As a member of the Sustainability team, she leads the company’s human rights program and sustainability initiatives where she develops policy and training, conducts risk assessments and due diligence, and supports the oversight of the ethical supply chain audit program. She was recognized in 2020 by the UN Global Compact Network USA as a Sustainable Development Goal Pioneer Finalist for her work in furthering the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Tran previously served as the Global Human Rights Counsel for GE Company. Prior to her human rights role, Tran was the Chief Compliance Officer of GE's Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, and Digital Services businesses and managed a global team conducting third party risk and compliance reviews for GE focusing on anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and human rights. She also served as Commercial and Sourcing Compliance Counsel for four years. She holds a B.S. degree from Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law.
