Mike Kazmierczak is the Vice President of the Decarbonization Office within the Digital Energy division of Schneider Electric. In this role, Mike drives the global decarbonization strategy, research, and innovation to help customers digitally transform their buildings with power management and automation solutions to reach their Net Zero ambitions.

Schneider Electric is widely recognized as an impact Company and a leader in decarbonization. Its connected products, software, and sustainability services help drive operational efficiency, eliminate energy waste, and provide strategies for carbon reduction in buildings, factories, data centers, infrastructure, and homes.

Mike also serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Digital Energy, where he leads the global strategy and execution of Buildings of the Future. Mike has 15 years’ experience in energy management, automation, and sustainability in markets including data centers, industrial automation, and buildings. He has held roles in commercial sales, finance, marketing, and sustainability throughout his tenure at Schneider Electric.
