A lack of affordable housing across the country is a key workforce issue for businesses. The Chamber is continuing to explore the impacts and causes of the housing shortage and what policymakers can do to address the issue.

You are invited to our third event in this series. It will be a discussion with Wells Fargo and Zillow about their efforts to help low and middle income families access affordable housing and existing homeowners maintain their homes. We will also talk about the stresses on housing supply and demand and recent changes at the Federal Housing Finance Authority. Joining U.S. Chamber economist Curtis Dubay will be:

  • Carmen Bell, Head of WFHL Service Home Preservation and Liquidations, Wells Fargo Consumer Lending
  • Chuck Bishop, Head of Diverse Segments for Wells Fargo Home Lending
  • Alexandra Lee, Economist, Zillow
