On February 10-12, the U.S. Chamber’s Europe Program, GRC, and C_TEC will lead a delegation of member company executives to the AI Action Summit in Paris, France. Please fill out this registration form to formally register your participation, share your company's key messages/advocacy priorities, and suggest any additional meeting targets. 

The delegation will feature:

• Participation in the Business Day of the summit
• Bilateral and multilateral meetings
• Side events
• Networking receptions
• Cultural activities

Meeting Targets

• Digital Ministers: EU Commissioner for Digital and DG Connect, France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Ireland, UK, Estonia, South Korea, Japan, Brazil
• USG delegation to the summit
• D9+ multilateral roundtable
• OECD
• Industry-to-industry engagement

Logistics

• Duration: 2.5 days (Monday, Tuesday, and half-day Wednesday)
• Arrival: Plan to arrive in Paris on Sunday morning, with optional engagements beginning Sunday afternoon.
• Summit Access: The official summit at the Grand Palais is exclusive to leaders (heads of state/government) and high-level CEOs and will not be part of our delegation.
• Activities: We will participate in the business day of the summit, arrange bilateral meetings with various governments and institutions, including digital ministers and senior advisors, and participate in side events, networking receptions, and cultural activities.
• Conclusion: The delegation will conclude mid-day that Wednesday, allowing members to schedule their own meetings in the afternoon.

The trip will require a nominal fee of $2,500 to help cover costs.
