During the week of November 16 - 20, the Chamber will lead a delegation of member company executives to Brussels and Berlin. 

Please fill out this registration form to formally register your company's participation, indicate which cities you'll join us in, share some necessary logistical details, share your key messages/advocacy priorities, and suggest any additional meeting targets. 

As a reminder, the delegation will require a nominal $3,000 fee for Europe Program members, to help offset costs. Payment via credit card during the registration process is encouraged. Should this not be possible, we can also issue a formal invoice. 

Please note that space is limited and that we expect to reach maximum occupancy very quickly. For that reason, we encourage you to register quickly, as spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Meeting Targets: Senior Commission officials from Commissioner Cabinets and Directorate-Generals, key members of Parliament including with EP President Metsola, Perm Reps, and the U.S. Mission to the EU.

Berlin:

Thursday, November 19 - Friday, November 20 

Meeting Targets: Senior Chancellery staff, Economic, Energy, Finance, Digital, and Health Ministry officials, members of the Bundestag with influential committee postings, the Landesvertretung Bayern, and the U.S. Mission to Germany.
