Event Description
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Brazil-U.S. Business Council (BUSBC) is the premier bilateral business advocacy organization advancing the interests of U.S. companies in Brazil. With deep ties to both the public and private sectors, the Council facilitates high-level dialogue and drives strategic engagement to promote sustainable, innovation-driven economic growth. For more information, please contact Leonardo de Abranches at labranches@brazilcouncil.org
This year, the Council is convening a full-day forum in Brasília to address key challenges and opportunities for the health sector in Brazil. The event will bring together leaders from the Brazilian government—including the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation—U.S. Embassy officials, members of the Brazilian Congress, and industry and civil society representatives.
The agenda will focus on cooperation to strengthen Brazil’s regulatory capacity, promote innovative finance policies for healthcare, foster digital innovation, and enhance public-private collaboration across the sector. This timely event will serve as a platform to align efforts, highlight best practices, and advance meaningful policy solutions that support health innovation, patient access, and international cooperation.
