Join us for a virtual meeting with the Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for South and Central Asia, Brendan Lynch. AUSTR Lynch will provide a readout to the private sector on Ambassador Katherine Tai’s high-level meetings with Kazakhstan President Tokayev, key ministers, and the U.S.-Central Asia Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA) meetings held in Astana.

Ambassador Tai also visited Uzbekistan to meet with the President and key officials from his Cabinet.  AUSTR Lynch will share highlights from this visit within a bilateral and regional context.

This meeting will allow companies to strategize on next steps after these bilateral meetings and provide input to USTR as well as the U.S.-Kazakhstan Business Council ahead of the business mission to Kazakhstan scheduled to take place from October 7-9.
