The Global Initiative on Health and the Economy (GIHE) is organizing a hybrid brainstorming session on June 27 at 12pm with Director Mara Burr, Multilateral Relations at OGA, HHS. The focus will be on how to support strengthening medicines regulatory authorities (MRAs) around the world. This topic would be building on the Administration’s planned deliverables for the Summit of the Americas which includes the training of highly skilled workers for the health sector, including at MRAs, but the conversations would not be limited to the Americas alone.

Please come ready with your ideas to share with Mara, especially on what USG could be doing more of, how private sector can contribute, and policies that we would like to advocate for at multilateral forums.
