The China Center is pleased to invite members to join us for a virtual briefing on the state of play for the Chinese economy featuring Leland Miller, Co-Founder & CEO of China Beige Book International and Logan Wright, Leader of Rhodium Group's China Markets Research. With the pending release of China's Q1 data, they will share timely insights on the current state of the economy, including the impact of zero-covid strategy and recent regulatory crackdowns on growth and what may come next in terms of stimulus measures. They will also discuss the downside risks of the Ukraine war on the Chinese economy and the political repercussions of the slower growth as the Leadership heads into the 20th Party Congress in the fall. The China Center welcomes any advanced input members wish to provide, including questions you would like us to ask on your behalf during the session.
