We are launching our member-driven strategy on the EU’s upcoming Digital Simplification Omnibus, and your voice is essential. Please join the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Europe Program, Global Regulatory Cooperation team, and Chamber Technology Engagement Center on Tuesday, June 11th 11:30 AM ET for an initial strategy discussion.

As the EU moves to streamline and modernize its digital regulatory framework, this session will:

-Gather initial member input to shape the Chamber’s advocacy priorities

-Explore how the proposals may impact your operations, compliance strategies, and innovation efforts

-Lay the groundwork for a proactive engagement plan ahead of the omnibus this fall

To help guide the conversation, we welcome your thoughts on:

-What issues should the Chamber prioritize in the EU’s digital simplification agenda?

-What recommendations would you offer to reduce regulatory burdens?

-What opportunities or risks do you foresee in the EU’s approach?

-What written materials or stakeholder engagements would be most valuable this summer?

Your insights will directly inform our engagement with EU policymakers and ensure the voice of American business is heard in this critical dialogue. We’ll reconvene this group in the fall to respond to the formal proposal once released.
